These terms apply to services purchased in the shop and to individually agreed projects with Phoenix IT LLC.

Services

Shop descriptions are package frames. Deliverables are confirmed after the order. Shop prices can be updated by the operator.

Contract

Checkout is an offer. The contract is formed when we confirm the order or start work.

Payment and timing

Payment methods appear at checkout. Timelines depend on briefing, approvals and customer assets.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profit or decisions based on campaign data.
